Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for Finnish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive support
  • Facilitate the onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a smooth integration of our solutions into their operations
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize our products
  • Identify and resolve any technical challenges clients may face, offering timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather client feedback and inform product enhancements
  • Regularly monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics, fostering strong relationships through consistent follow-ups
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in technical account management, customer support, or a similar field
  • Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with software solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer satisfaction metrics is a plus
