In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our Finnish-speaking clients, providing expert technical support and solutions tailored to their unique needs. Your objective will be to ensure that clients fully leverage our products and services, driving their success and satisfaction through strong partnership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for Finnish-speaking clients, delivering thorough support and technical expertise.
- Assess and understand client requirements to propose customized solutions that meet their business goals.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our products and services.
- Continuously monitor client accounts, addressing challenges and identifying areas for increased service or upselling opportunities.
- Facilitate regular client meetings to review account status, gather valuable feedback, and discuss future needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in technical account management, customer success, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and account management software is a plus.
