Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Finnish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve a wide range of technical issues.
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities to enhance their overall experience.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product updates to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required, along with a working knowledge of English.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication skills, focused on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is an advantage.
