Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding Tier 1 support to Finnish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify and resolve basic customer inquiries as well as technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in the continuous improvement of service.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate more complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Stay informed about updates and enhancements to our products and services to effectively assist our customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a busy work environment.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
