Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support database.
- Offer clear guidance and instructions regarding product features to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and support software is helpful.
