Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking VIP clients through phone, email, and chat
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Manage complex inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Stay informed about product offerings, trends, and services to provide knowledgeable assistance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with outstanding communication skills in both languages
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly with VIP or high-profile clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients
  • Able to work independently while also being an enthusiastic team player
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset
  • Willingness to adapt to client needs and work flexible hours as required
