Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to VIP Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
- Offer tailored solutions and personalized recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our service management system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for VIP clients.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company services to provide helpful assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a bonus.
- Strong customer service experience, particularly with VIP clients, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous.
