Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to VIP Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
  • Offer tailored solutions and personalized recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our service management system.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for VIP clients.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company services to provide helpful assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a bonus.
  • Strong customer service experience, particularly with VIP clients, is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous.
