Our Client
Randstad has partnered with a market leading Industrial materials company for Australia, in their search for a Senior Fleet Manager for their Victorian business.

Your New Role
As Senior Fleet Manager you will hold responsibility for a team of Supervisors and a large number of assets and drivers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business in a senior leadership role with further progression opportunities available to you.
You will drive operational excellence, and lead a large, dynamic, established team who are currently achieving great results.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Benchmark performance of assets and talk to key performance metrics in maintenance
• Driving strategic improvement initiatives
• Asset utilisation, Fleet planning and service operations
• Oversee fleet management & driver relationships
• Contribute to key strategic initiatives
• Champion safety & compliance standards
• Lead a culture of care, collaboration, & ownership
• Monitoring fleet processes to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and productivity

About You

• Strong level of experience in Management of large industrial fleets (7 + years)
• Demonstrated leadership experience with people management skills
• Strong commercial and analytical ability
• Ability to positively influence productivity
