About the Role
A purpose-driven foundation focused on long-term community upliftment is looking for a strategic and relationship-oriented Foundation Manager. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and nonprofit operations — and who is personally motivated by meaningful impact.
You’ll lead the foundation’s growth journey: building partnerships, overseeing operations, and ensuring excellent stewardship of resources and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage the foundation’s growth strategy and operational priorities.
- Fundraising & Partnerships: Cultivate donor relationships, secure funding, and explore new opportunities for income generation.
- Impact & Reporting: Ensure high-quality donor reporting, impact measurement, and board communication.
- Compliance: Oversee basic governance requirements and ensure alignment with nonprofit regulations.
- Team Development: Build and lead a values-aligned team to support the foundation’s expanding work.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, community leaders, and partner organisations.
What We’re Looking For
- +/- 5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, or stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to secure funding and manage donor relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with NPO reporting, compliance, and impact evaluation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and values-aligned leadership style.
