You will oversee the development and operational management of franchise locations, ensuring that every aspect aligns with our company's values and standards. This position requires a blend of strong leadership, a deep understanding of franchise operations, and a genuine love for pickleball. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering a community where players can improve their skills, enjoy exciting matches, and connect with others who share their enthusiasm for the game. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and operational management of multiple franchise locations.
  • Ensure all franchises adhere to company standards and guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, and support franchise owners to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise performance and drive growth.
  • Monitor franchise compliance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the brand and franchise opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for franchise owners, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in franchise management or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of pickleball and an understanding of its community.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel as required to support franchise locations.
