Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French regarding DJI products and services.
- Assist customers with product setup, usage instructions, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and compatibility.
- Document customer interactions clearly to facilitate continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve advanced technical issues effectively.
- Stay updated on new product releases and software updates to provide accurate information.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or electronics, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with drones or similar technology is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex inquiries with patience.
- Proficient in using customer service software and online platforms.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
