Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing outstanding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their unique requirements.
- Deliver tailored solutions and services that align with clients' expectations.
- Document client interactions and feedback to assist in continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Keep updated on product knowledge to provide informed assistance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in client relations or customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Proactive in problem-solving and dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and managing client relationships.
