Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Deliver outstanding service by comprehensively understanding customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and keep thorough records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer happiness and improve service quality.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and services to provide relevant assistance to customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer care and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolutions.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technology is considered an advantage.
