- Deliver outstanding customer support to French clients via various communication channels
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and engagements
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or loyalty roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with technology and familiar with CRM platforms
