- Provide exceptional customer support to French clients through various communication channels

Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in technology and experienced with CRM systems
