In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers primarily in French along with other languages, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Your proficiency in the French language, paired with a dedicated customer-centric approach, will play a significant role in fostering positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in French and additional languages as necessary
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions to maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies for effective support
Requirements
- Fluency in French and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
