Responsibilities

  • Lead the software implementation process, ensuring client requirements are carefully addressed.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize the software accordingly.
  • Facilitate training sessions to empower users with the necessary skills to utilize the software effectively.
  • Document the implementation procedures and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to share client feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in software implementation or a technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of software systems and technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with project management software and methodologies is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
