Responsibilities
- Lead the software implementation process, ensuring client requirements are carefully addressed.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize the software accordingly.
- Facilitate training sessions to empower users with the necessary skills to utilize the software effectively.
- Document the implementation procedures and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to share client feedback and suggest improvements.
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in software implementation or a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software systems and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
