Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate more complex issues as needed.
  • Stay informed on product features and updates to deliver accurate assistance.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance your technical knowledge and support capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in using various support tools and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • A Valid European Passport or ID may be required.
