As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving a variety of technical issues. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Tier 1 support to French-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support database.
- Offer clear guidance and instructions regarding product features to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support as necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer support software is a plus.
