Pinnacle College is a non-denominational, independent school (F-12) located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. Pinnacle College established its first campus at Gilles Plains in 2005, its second campus at Elizabeth East in 2010, and its third campus at Golden Grove in 2019.

About the Role

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Front Office Administrators for a full time permanent position. This position will be located at our Golden Grove campus. All applicants need to be enthusiastic, committed, and have an acceptance of and sensitivity towards families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

This position requires a motivated individual with a high standard of both written and verbal communication skills. Prior work in a school environment is preferred. The role requires a high level of multitasking, attending to the following main duties:

• Respond to phone calls and emails.
• Greet visitors and parents.
• Receive and record payments.
• Verify student attendance.
• Administer first aid to students.
• Data entry of student information.
• General office administrative tasks.

Requirements

Essential Criteria

• Certificate II or higher in Customer Contact, or Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or similar qualification.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Flexibility and an ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of the College.
