Job Title: Full-Stack Ecommerce Marketer (Shopify/DTC)

Location: Remote

Work Shift: Partial West Coast PST overlap required 

Working Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Growth Marketing:

Manage marketing growth initiatives from end-to-end. Including:

  • Ideation (core concept, idea, product launch, or promotion)
  • Working collaboratively with designers to build image ad creatives, emails, or landing pages in Figma.
  • Launching the mentioned marketing materials and reporting on key metrics to evaluate the success of the campaign.

Web Development – Shopify Focus

Build, update, and maintain Shopify 2.0 themes

Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and functional Shopify pages

Utilize page builder apps and/or custom coding to build landing pages based on marketing needs.

Data Analytics 

Reporting on key metrics from marketing initiatives such as profit per visitor, CVR, AOV, etc. 

Must be comfortable operating in google sheets, excel and native analytics platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo and pop-up software.

AI & Automation Tools

Use AI tools such as, but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or n8n to streamline development, testing, and campaign execution workflows.

Email Marketing & Popups

Build, execute, and manage email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, including template development, segmentation, and A/B testing.

Design and implement lead capture popups (email & SMS), from concept to execution, with an understanding of targeting and segmentation.

Analyze and report on performance data across email and popup campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and managing Shopify 2.0 themes.
  • Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive, functional web pages.
  • Familiarity with Shopify-based page builders and/or custom front-end development.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing design processes.

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience integrating third-party APIs into web environments.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.
  • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n) in workflow automation.
  • Experience using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Hands-on experience building popups and implementing targeting logic.
  • Experience with backend systems for workflow automation or advanced Shopify development.
