Job Overview
We’re seeking a Full Stack JavaScript Developer with strong MERN stack experience and a passion for building maintainable, object-oriented applications. You’ll play a key role in setting development standards and mentoring others, while contributing to high-impact projects that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Design clean, professional user interfaces with HTML/CSS
- Develop backend services with Node.js and Express
- Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to all phases of the SDLC
- Use Git-based platforms (GitHub, Bitbucket) for source control
- Research and resolve application issues and improve business processes
- Document and test software thoroughly
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Docker
- Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or MySQL
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with financial transaction processing is a plus
