The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience and expertise in AWS - Full Stack developers. This role requires proficiency in English and offers a hybrid work model with no travel required. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that drive our company’s success.

What you need to have to be considered

· 8+ years in backend development, 4+ years in AWS, solid Python skills, and exposure to GenAI technologies in production environments.

· Must have hands-on experience with Python for scripting, data processing, and integrating AI/ML components into backend services.

· Insurance domain knowledge is a strong advantage.

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client or office in Newark, NJ. In this role, you will:

· Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot, with strong coding standards and performance optimization for insurance applications.

· Work extensively with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation) for cloud-native development and deployment.

· Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities using AWS Bedrock and Claude, enabling intelligent automation in insurance workflows like claims processing and underwriting.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered solutions tailored to insurance use cases, ensuring seamless cloud integration.
