Fullstack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 2 to 6 years of experience in Agile .NET and SQL. The ideal candidate will work from home during day shifts and will not be required to travel. Proficiency in English is essential. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance or Finance & Accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee the design coding and testing of applications using .NET technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
• Ensure the integrity and security of data by managing SQL databases effectively.
• Monitor and optimize application performance to meet user needs and business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical activities.
• Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables within the stipulated timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Agile methodologies to lead and manage projects efficiently.
• Must have expertise in .NET technologies for developing robust and scalable applications.
• Must have proficiency in SQL for effective database management and data integrity.
• Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance to understand domain-specific requirements.
• Nice to have experience in Governance Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting to manage financial data and processes.

Certifications Required

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Specialist desirable
