Functional Business Analyst- ACI MTS

- Analyze and interpret business requirements to design functional specifications for payment systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of ACI MTS with Bank interface.

- Should possess strong Payments domain skills.

- Should possess knowledge in ISO20022 standards, various scheme standards, SWIFT and SEPA messages

- Understand Payment system requirements and create test plans and strategies for Payment methods

- Write detailed test cases and test data preparation covering all payment scenarios

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define end-to-end payment workflows

- Lead UAT for new features and integrations

- Support Production issues related to payment failures or inconsistencies

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including process flows and functional specifications

- Display strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
