About the Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-level General Accountant to manage and oversee financial activities for our Vietnam office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting, payroll, and tax reporting, with a good understanding of Vietnamese labor and tax laws. This role reports directly to the BOD, offering exposure to regional operations and leadership. Full company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily accounting operations and financial records of the Vietnam office.
- Generate and issue invoices for clients, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Compile and submit internal financial reports for management and regional finance team.
- Coordinate closely with the finance teams of other offices in the APAC region for consolidated reporting.
- Provide financial, legal, and tax-related advice to the business and operational teams as needed.
- Oversee payroll, social insurance contributions, and compensation & benefits (C&B) processes.
- Support audits, financial due diligence, and investor reporting when required.
- Maintain compliance with local accounting and labor regulations, recommending updates to processes where necessary.

Requirements
- Must-have:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in general accounting, payroll, and C&B.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese accounting principles, tax regulations, and labor law.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Certified accountant or relevant professional qualification.
- Intermediate English skills (both written and verbal) for communication with regional teams.
- Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience working in HR or recruitment services.
- Experience in handling cross-border reporting or working with regional finance teams.
