We are currently in search of a qualified and empathetic General Dentist to become a part of private practice situated in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.
The position is open for either a part-time or full-time dentist to commence at the earliest convenience, with a fully booked schedule from the outset.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assess patients' oral health needs.
- Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and infections.
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on patients' needs and preferences.
- Carry out a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care practices.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- General registration with AHPRA
- Proficient in using dental software and electronic health records systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Commitment to staying current with advancements in dental technology and practices.
- Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on patient-centered care.
