As a GeoSpatial Lead Analyst MAP you will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce technologies to enhance our geospatial data capabilities. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and develop Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will drive the success of our projects ensuring efficient data management and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of Salesforce Experience Cloud with geospatial data systems to enhance data accessibility and usability.
  • Oversee the development of Salesforce Apex solutions to streamline data processing and improve system performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Data Integration to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins to optimize system configurations and enhance user experience.
  • Implement Salesforce Loyalty Management strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze geospatial data to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Salesforce technologies.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve system capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all Salesforce implementations.
  • Support the continuous improvement of geospatial data processes to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud to effectively manage customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Data Integration to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Exhibit expertise in Salesforce Apex Development for creating robust and scalable solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of Salesforce Admin functions to optimize system performance.
  • Experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management to enhance customer loyalty programs.
