As a GeoSpatial Lead Analyst MAP you will be responsible for leveraging Salesforce technologies to enhance our geospatial data capabilities. Responsibilities
Lead the integration of Salesforce Experience Cloud with geospatial data systems to enhance data accessibility and usability.Oversee the development of Salesforce Apex solutions to streamline data processing and improve system performance.Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Data Integration to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.Collaborate with Salesforce Admins to optimize system configurations and enhance user experience.Implement Salesforce Loyalty Management strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.Analyze geospatial data to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals and objectives.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Salesforce technologies.Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve system capabilities.Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all Salesforce implementations.Support the continuous improvement of geospatial data processes to drive innovation and efficiency.Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud to effectively manage customer interactions.Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Data Integration to facilitate seamless data exchange.Exhibit expertise in Salesforce Apex Development for creating robust and scalable solutions.Have a solid understanding of Salesforce Admin functions to optimize system performance.Experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management to enhance customer loyalty programs.Certifications Required
