Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with various inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding airline services, policies, and promotional offers.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance goals and increase customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry changes and trends to offer knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to flexible work hours.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
