Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions regarding automotive products, services, and order processes
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to enhance support
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer relations
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service; knowledge of automotive products is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in using technology and CRM systems
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional service
- Eligibility to work in the EU is necessary
