Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for German-speaking clients, providing excellent support and promptly addressing inquiries.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to fully understand their requirements and expectations.
- Efficiently resolve client concerns and issues with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and keep them informed on new products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and relay valuable feedback.
- Stay informed about market trends and company services to provide effective assistance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in client relations, account management, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is a plus.
