Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent support.
- Develop and nurture solid relationships with clients to fully understand their specific needs.
- Provide tailored service solutions and recommendations that meet client requirements.
- Record client interactions and feedback to support ongoing service improvements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist clients effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in client relations or customer support is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build rapport.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive in problem-solving with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM systems and managing client information.
- A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently as needed.
