As a German Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor, you will be a key resource for our corporate clients, providing them with assistance and support in their preferred language. Your role will primarily focus on managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients in German through various communication channels
  • Address inquiries regarding our products and services efficiently
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and best practices in customer service

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in corporate customer service or similar roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
