Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients in German through various communication channels
- Address inquiries regarding our products and services efficiently
- Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction
- Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in corporate customer service or similar roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
