Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding our products and services.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
  • Document interactions with customers accurately to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in a customer care role or similar is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and care.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous.
