Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German.
- Assist customers with questions regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
- Document interactions with customers accurately to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in a customer care role or similar is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and care.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous.
