Responsibilities
- Engage with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints empathetically, seeking swift and effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies.
- Stay informed about company policies and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Participate in team discussions to contribute insights for improvement in customer experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
