Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Deliver superior service by understanding customer needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain complete records of communications.
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve overall customer service and happiness levels.
  • Stay updated on products and services to offer relevant assistance and accurate information to customers.
  • Collect feedback from customers as part of our continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer care and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a varied workload.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technology is considered an asset.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to customer satisfaction.
