Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide timely assistance.
- Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Guide customers in navigating our products and services, helping them to overcome any challenges.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements in service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices in customer engagement.
- Stay informed about product developments and company updates to effectively support our customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Competent in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
