In this important role, you will serve as a liaison for our German-speaking customers, promoting loyalty and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your fluency in German will be essential as you handle inquiries, resolve issues, and suggest additional services that cater to customer needs. Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with German-speaking customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Proactively engage with customers to evaluate satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Promote additional products and services that align with customer preferences.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Analyze customer feedback trends to influence engagement strategies and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective customer relationships.
- Prior experience in customer service or loyalty-focused roles is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide targeted solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools is a plus.
