Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and providing prompt, effective support.
- Assist customers in successfully implementing and utilizing our products to achieve their goals.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities through customer interactions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics to ensure optimal outcomes and minimize churn rates.
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback to facilitate service enhancements and product development.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and insights.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with customer success platforms and CRM software is a plus.
