In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our German-speaking clients, guiding them to achieve their business goals through our products and services. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries, providing expert advice, and ultimately ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, offering prompt and effective support
- Assist in onboarding clients to ensure a seamless integration into our systems
- Engage in regular follow-ups to gauge client satisfaction and address any ongoing issues
- Work closely with team members to optimize service and resolve client challenges
- Document client interactions and feedback accurately within our customer management systems
- Identify potential opportunities to upsell additional products and services
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide comprehensive support
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written
- Experience in a customer service, account management, or sales environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software tools
