Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional email support to German-speaking clients, ensuring quick and comprehensive responses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues based on their inquiries and feedback.
  • Clearly communicate solutions and guidance to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and address recurring challenges.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective email correspondence.
  • Prior experience in customer service or email support roles is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries at once.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with customer support tools or CRM software is a plus.
