Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality end-user support to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Stay informed about product updates to assist customers confidently.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or IT support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is an asset.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
