Responsibilities
- Monitor chat interactions during gameplay to ensure adherence to community guidelines
- Engage with players in German, addressing queries and fostering a friendly atmosphere
- Quickly identify and manage inappropriate behavior or content
- Provide feedback to team leads about chat dynamics and player engagement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine moderation processes
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about gaming trends and moderation best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong interest in gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
- Previous experience in moderation or customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with players
- Proficient problem-solving abilities to navigate challenging situations
- Basic technical skills for operating online platforms
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive mindset and enthusiasm for encouraging community participation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
