Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality support to German-speaking gamers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with gameplay inquiries, account issues, and technical support.

- Maintain knowledge of our games and services to deliver relevant assistance.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with gaming culture.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
