Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent! We are on the lookout for a proactive individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while utilizing their language proficiency.

As a German Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist German-speaking clients with their technical inquiries and issues. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving these challenges will be crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality helpdesk support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical problems related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support database.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about product features and best practices for usage.
  • Keep updated with the latest product knowledge and technical advancements to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or helpdesk roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and common troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
  • Valid European Passport or ID is required.
