Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality helpdesk support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of customer inquiries and technical challenges.
- Communicate instructions and solutions clearly to enhance customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the system.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed about product updates to deliver accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Fundamental technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining high-quality support.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
