Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality helpdesk support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a range of customer inquiries and technical challenges.
  • Communicate instructions and solutions clearly to enhance customer experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about product updates to deliver accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Fundamental technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining high-quality support.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
