Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and managing bookings and service requests
- Provide comprehensive information about services, amenities, and local attractions
- Quickly address and resolve any issues or complaints to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless service
- Gather guest feedback to aid in continuous service improvement
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skillset
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service
