Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-game support to German-speaking players via chat, email, and social media.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of in-game issues, including account queries and technical glitches.
- Collect and analyze player feedback to identify common issues and improve the gaming experience.
- Maintain detailed records of player interactions and solutions provided to support documentation.
- Collaborate with game developers and product teams to relay valuable player insights and suggest enhancements.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, features, and updates to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer support or gaming support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for gaming.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
