Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to marketplace products and services.
- Deliver prompt and accurate responses to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns effectively, striving for positive resolutions.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service levels based on customer feedback.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and updates to assist customers effectively.
- Engage in team discussions to provide input for service improvements and strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer engagement.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and customer service software is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
