Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch mobile support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and problem resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong interest in technology, especially in mobile applications and devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team.
- Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must possess a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
